Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

  • Items purchased during sale, clearance, or promotional events are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

  • For hygiene reasons, innerwear, socks, and accessories cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return:

  2. Our team will verify your request and provide return shipping details.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the provided address.

  4. Once we receive the item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our end (e.g., wrong or defective item shipped).

  • If your refund is delayed, check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are available for size or defective product issues.

  • If the requested replacement is out of stock, we will offer a refund or store credit.

  • To exchange an item, follow the return process and mention that you want an exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased with store credit

  • Personalized or customized items
